  • This offer is brought to you exclusively by myTVS Limited through its Franchisee partners (hereinafter referred to as “the Company��?) & is valid in listed city only.
  • The offer is only valid for Individual owner of Light Motor Vehicle who accepts these terms and conditions as applicable to avail the car service (the User). User is entitled to this offer only at listed outlet, subject to availability of appointment.
  •  The coupon must be redeemed by the user on the confirmed date of appointment OR within one month of the date of confirmed date of appointment and/or from last date of offer
  •  The user that do not respond will not be able to redeem after one month from date of appointment.
  • All the Users who has enter complete information in fixed format to avail the offer and successfully submit the details on “www.mahindrafirstchoiceservices.com��? (the Company Website) is eligible for the offer and agree to be bound by all these terms and conditions along with general terms and conditions applicable for the automobile related services.
  • After successfully submission of personal information, the user will be notified by coupon with unique coupon code. The eligible user may carry the print out at listed outlet of the Company on the confirmed date of appointment
  •  User can avail the free wash services and general Check-ups total amounting to Rs 700/-(Inclusive of Taxes)  on against the specific Light Motor Vehicle details of which are provided on copy of Coupon.
  • It will be applicable for bookings made by individual user through the company website only.
  • The register number of Vehicle of the registered user shall be considered as unique identification of the user against the coupon code.
  • The services rendered under this offer will not be covered under any warranty.
  • Any and all disputes for quality, Merchantability, Non-services and delay in Services will be dealt with by and between the designated Outlet and the Customer directly. The company shall not be a party to such disputes.
  • The offer is not transferable. No cash alternative is available. No clubbing of offer shall be permitted.
  • Any other services availed other than the Free Car Wash & General Check Up will be charged extra and cannot be redeemed against this coupon. This offer is not applicable for purchase of the company parts or consumables processes and corresponding value /the additional amount will be required to pay in Cash.
  • This is a limited period offer and may be withdrawn anytime without any prior notice.
  • This offer is not valid on any fraudulent transaction/ information supplied by the User.
  • This offer is conducted at the sole discretion of the Company. In case of any disputes, the final decision will rest with the Company.
  • The Company is not responsible for any failure for any transaction due to failure any network, equipment, application /system software, failure for any booking to be received on account for technical problem or traffic congestion on system software/ application / internet condition including any injury or damages to user or any other person’s internet related or resulting from participation or downloading/ uploading any material (promo code coupon etc.) related to the offer.
  • Acceptance of user to receive promotional emails and SMS on the email id and mobile number provided, shall constitute consent on the user's part to allow the user’ email id/ mobile number by the company for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other purposes without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with this scheme against the company are subject to the exclusive Mumbai Jurisdiction

  • Other than the above terms, conditions and offer stated herein, the company will not be liable to honor any representations or commitments.
